"Glowing Fungus" @ 'Tamhini Ghat'

on 3 to 4 August 2019.

We are happy to organise very unique and the first in Maharashtra – a Trip to explore an offbeat destinations along with the natural phenomena ‘Glowing Fungus’.
It’s a fungi which is ‘bioluminous’ element in nature which grows on dry barks and which can be better seen in this monsoon season at certain places inside the jungle.
We will also explore some more destinations in this trip where you will see many places which are not known to many.

While on this camp we will visit Glowing Fungus Area, Plus Valley Point, Independent point, Andharban Trek Point,
Natural Pool known as Dermicool Pool, lots of Waterfalls, a night trail in search of Reptiles with Glowing Fungus, and some sacred Forest & Temples in Tamhini Ghat.

Our stay will be at fantastic resort with nice swimming pool
which is situated at fantastic location near Mulshi Dam back water.

1. Camera - optional – at own risk & responsibility.
2. Binocular - optional – but you must carry the same.
3. Torch. Cap – Must.
4. Personal medicines.
5. Umbrella / Raincoat / Windcheater. Must.
6. One good travel sack or good travel bag.
7. Mobile / Laptop.... with charger.... optional - at own risk & responsibility.
8. Tooth brush - Tooth paste – Bathing Soap - Hair oil.
9. Good Shoes– must. (one extra pair of slippers while on stay).

Please note that this is exclusively design to explore hidden paradise. Expect some rains.
Cost Rs. 3,700/- only per person. Mumbai to Mumbai.

Itinerary

Day 1 Saturday - 3rd August 2019.
-
Location - Mumbai to Tamhini Ghat – Adarwadi village.

7.00 am – Departure from Mumbai (Tea & Breakfast will be provided on route).
12.00 pm – Arrival at Tamhini Ghat – Adarwadi village.
12.30 pm - Lunch & rest.
2.30 pm to 7.00 pm – Sightseeing at nearby area.
We will cover Plus Valley, Mulshi Dam Back water, Andharban Trek Point, Independent Point, Vinzai Temple sacred forest, Kalkai Temple sacred forest and get wet under lots of waterfalls.
7.00 pm to 8.00 pm – Tea / Biscuits & rest.
8.00 pm to 9.30 pm – Camp Fire.
9.30 pm to 10.00 pm- Dinner and then go in search of ‘Glowing Fungus’.
Stay in resort.

Day 2 Sunday - 4th August 2019

Location - Tamhini Ghat – Adarwadi village to Mumbai

7.00 am to 8.00 am – After getting fresh - Breakfast & Tea.
8.00 am to 11.30 am – We will visit ‘Dermicool’ water pool which is inside the jungle. Then visit waterfall nearby areas and after Lunch leave for Mumbai. If time permits we will take blessings of ‘Ballaleshwar Ganpati’ at Pali.
7.00 pm – Arrival at Mumbai.

We are staying at beautiful resort which have nice swimming pool and the said resort situated at beautiful location.
 All meals from Mumbai to Mumbai.
